1. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer shipping services within the United States for all orders placed on our website. Our shipping options are designed to cater to a variety of needs, whether you’re looking for a standard delivery or need your products sooner.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Delivery the next business day (for orders placed before 12 PM EST).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight of the products, and the delivery address. You will be able to view the exact shipping charges before completing your order.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the U.S.
  • Expedited and Overnight Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and address.

Order Processing

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Orders placed after 5 PM EST or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your order’s status. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days after your order is placed, please contact us at info@bresglasni.com or call (585) 624-9174.


2. International Shipping

At this time, Bresglasni only ships to addresses within the United States. We are actively working on expanding our international shipping options and hope to offer this service in the future. If you are located outside the U.S. and wish to inquire about shipping, please contact our customer service team at info@bresglasni.com.


3. Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Please provide a physical address when placing your order.


4. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasions when delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather events, holidays, or issues with our shipping carriers. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience. If there are any unexpected delays with your shipment, you will be notified via email.


5. Damaged or Lost Packages

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during transit or lost, please contact our customer support team immediately at info@bresglasni.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly by filing a claim with the carrier or sending a replacement.


6. Address Changes

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we are unable to modify the shipping address. Please ensure that the shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If you notice any mistakes after placing your order, contact our customer service team immediately, and we will do our best to assist you, provided the order has not yet shipped.


7. Returns and Exchanges
