If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure your experience is as smooth as possible. 1. General Return & Exchange Guidelines
You can return or exchange items purchased from Bresglasni within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging.
- Any tags, labels, or original accessories must be included.
- The product must not be marked as non-returnable or excluded from returns (see the exceptions below).

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds are issued for the full purchase price of the item, excluding shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
3. Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. You will need to return the original item according to the guidelines above and place a new order for the item you wish to receive in exchange.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, you may choose a different product or receive a refund.
4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund. These include:
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page

8. Late Returns
